2023 ORANGE WINE- Extended skin contact Pinot Gris. Strand Vineyard, Naches Heights AVA. LIVE (low intervention viticulture and enology) certified and Salmon Safe Certified. This wine was spontaneously fermented, and no sulfites were used in production or bottling Zero/Zero. This wine has bright acidity, with dried fruit and herbal aromas and finishes with grippy tannins.
Feral Fox Perry is a spontaneous barrel fermentation of estate grown pears and estate grown grapes.
The fruits were pressed together and cofermented in neutral oak. This lot is a zero/zero ferment - no yeast pitch or sulfites added. It is unfined and unfiltered. We added a very small amount of local honey at bottling time to kick off a secondary fermentation ustilizing the native yeast in solution.
This beverage is clean, dry, carbonated and has tropical notes on the palate. 6.9% ABV 750ml
What The Fox is sparkling rosé of vitis labrusca fox grapes. On the nose it smells of sweet candy, but do not be fooled, this a dry wine with flavors you may have never experienced in a glass of wine before. This wine is meant for sunshine & day drinking with your friends.

This blend has depth with many heirloom apple and pear varieties, Arkansas Black, Kingston Black, Karmijn de Sonneville, Kings and Tsugaru apples! The centerpiece to this blend is estate Quince pressed through grape skins and fermented in new American Oak. The lots were mixed culture ferments and were blended and bottled by hand. 6.9%
