Our first sparkling wine is made using the traditional method and sweetened to a level of 8 g/L which is the the middle of the BRUT range. We use the same blend composition for L'edonista as is used in our flagship still Wine CRISTALLO (q.v.). This is a very high quality sparkler and compares favorably with other domestic wines in its price range.
