This medium bodied, award winning dry red wine is sure to impress any wine connoisseur. Similar to a Merlot, Chambourcin is spicy with flavors reminiscent of black cherries and raspberries. American oak aged. Enjoyable now, but will reward those who cellar it for 3-5 years. Complements a variety of cuisine. Especially red meat.
