Our Gewurztraminer is an off-dry, medium-body white wine. On the palate, look for tropical fruit notes like lychee, mango, and pineapple with cinnamon, cloves, and peppery ginger. Gewurztraminer wine and Moscato wine have similar taste profiles. Gewurztraminer pairs well with traditional dishes like tarte flambée (like a pizza), quiche, and choucroute garni (sauerkraut & sausage). It can work very well with grilled seafood with simple garlic and pepper seasoning.
