Refrigeration is recommended to have very fresh sake. However it does not go bad even if you store it at warm condition with oxidation. I, the sake guy, personally store them at room for years to enjoy maturing the flavor.

It is unpasteurized nama sake, has really fruity flavor (but it does not have fruit juice). Well balanced sweetly dry slight acidity sake.
