It is unpasteurized "nama" sake, has really fruity flavor (but it doesn't have fruit juice!). Well balanced sweetly dry slight acidity sake. It is awarded best in class at LA international wine comp. and gold at Tokyo sake competition. Made in Holbrook Arizona USA by Japanese craftmanship! It takes about a week to ship from your order. This sake is Nama, it should be refrigerated. However we don't have any cold shipping. It doesn't go bad soon, just put it in your refrigerator when it delivered.
