A crisp, off-dry white wine with just a hint of residual sugar. Very refreshing white wine for the hot days of summer!
This is a blend of the following grapes:
Our crisp, dry Brianna wine. Grown on rocky, granite filled soils in our home vineyard in Derry, NH. These grapes have never had pesticides applied. This wine was fermented using the natural yeasts from the vineyard. A unique example of the wines produced on the site.
Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 3 months in locally purchased bourbon barrels. This is a big, sultry wine.
A smoky nose of tobacco leaf, dried red fruit, and cigar ash. The taste has an initial hint of the bourbon followed by a long, big Cabernet Sauvignon finish that goes on for a while.
This is a big wine ready to stand up to a heavy meal. Pairing suggestion: Medium Rare Ribeye Steak, green beans with ginger, and mushrooms.
California Amber Sauvignon Blanc - Pétillant Naturel
Think of it as a wild fermented sparkling orange Blue Eyes!
We took Sauvignon Blanc grapes and fermented them on the skins for 8 days, then pressed them and continued fermentation. We used only the natural yeasts present in the juice and let it do its thing! We fermented it down to 2 brix, bottled it, and let it continue on its way.
No sulfites added - contains only naturally occurring sulfites. This is unfiltered and unfined. This is a fizzy, fuzzy wine loaded with natural flavors of the grapes. We have decided not to disgorge this wine. That means there is yeast in the bottle. Let it settle in the bottom of the bottle and pour it gently.
What is in the bottle will not hurt you if you drink it. It is all natural!
Dry and full of smoke, bright cherry, and tobacco notes, this is Cabernet Franc was harvested on the North Fork of Long Island on November 2, 2021.
We call it Padre or Parent since Cabernet Franc is a parent of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Carménère!
Harvested November 2, 2021 on Long Island.
The winemaker was there to watch the fruit come in, get sorted and crushed. This is a wonderful representation of this grape barreled in a combination of French and Hybrid French/American Oak.
Sparkling Red Pinot Noir - sourced from Long Island, NY in September 2020. Picked early, driven back to the winery, crushed and fermented to dry as a red wine to extract the color from the berries.
We used no oak or malolactic fermentation on this wine. We took this red wine and carbonated it via the Charmat method and bottled it. It is bright and acidic. This is a wine that will age.
Our Pink Boots wine - produced by the women of the winery. They crushed this first attempt!
They crushed and pressed 1.5 tons of Cabernet Franc grapes, fermented it, then blended it with Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling to produce this wonderful light and fruity rosé wine!
This is assistant winemaker, Michaela, her first wine.
