Aged for 2 years in a Blanton's Bourbon Barrel our Pumpkin Spice Mead clocks in at 10%. This Mead leads with rich aromas of Cinnamon, Allspice & Vanilla then goes into a warm body full of knotweed honey and luscious bourbon notes.
Exotic mango aromas and flavors followed by a fair amount of heat from the immediately recognizable habanero pepper. All balanced with a backbone of PA wildflower honey.
Guava Ghost Pepper is the hottest of our pepper meads. Upfront Guava flavors and aromas that lead into a touch of clover honey sweetness all finished by a fair amount of heat all thanks to the ghost pepper.
White grapes & Wildflower honey blended together, then finished off with a French saison yeast to make this mead a symphony of vanilla, oak, and a subtle flowery spice.
Rose Inspired Effervescent Honey Wine
A lightly carbonated blend of of White Zinfandel grapes & Clover honey. Aromatic hints of strawberry & fresh melon in this light bodied blush wine.
