Introducing Ankida Ridge Patiné (PAH-tine-ay), our new dessert-style white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, weathered outside in the elements in barrels for five years. Patiné is French for "weathered." Delightful aroma and flavors of honey and ripe peaches, with a hint of butterscotch and citrus. Nice balance of acid for a bright, long finish. 5% residual sugar. 16% alcohol. 500ml bottle. 125 cases produced.
