“Ankida Ridge 2019 Brut - Blanc de Blancs” - A Sparkling Wine of 100% Chardonnay made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise style. Bright notes of green apple, pear and a touch of citrus combine to create a brilliantly fresh, lively Brut. Made from early-picked Chardonnay grown nearby on our leased Amherst County vineyard, Mountain Terrace, the wine was barrel aged in neutral French oak for 9 months, then bottle aged for nearly 18 months before disgorgement. This extremely limited production, tantalizing sparkling wine will be perfect for all your holidays, grand celebrations, or simply any day that you want to make special!
Soft, fruit notes of pear and apple with a hint of apricot combine beautifully with Ankida’s familiar palate of flinty, stone vibrancy, creating a full and lively mouthfeel. Bright acids leave a long-lasting finish 15% new oak. Alcohol 12.5% by volume. 205 cases produced
Ankida Ridge's first Rosé, made from Pinot Noir grown on our mountain estate. The nose is light and fruity with a hint of slate. Beautiful notes of strawberry and savory tones fill the palate and leave a bright, lingering finish. Alcohol 12.5%. 195 cases made.
This new wine is the first of our wines to sport our new branding, the label artwork displaying a stunning, intricate design based on a slice of our granite soil seen under a microscope. This Rosé label contains beautiful redbuds, seen filling the property in springtime when this wine will be released and enjoyed throughout the following months of spring through summer.
Selected from our two favorite barrels, fermented with 35% whole clusters, aged 18 months in neutral and new French oak and bottle aged 2 years before releasing.

Introducing Ankida Ridge Patiné (PAH-tine-ay), our new dessert-style white wine made from Chardonnay grapes, weathered outside in the elements in barrels for five years. Patiné is French for "weathered."
Delightful aroma and flavors of honey and ripe peaches, with a hint of butterscotch and citrus. Nice balance of acid for a bright, long finish. 5% residual sugar. 16% alcohol. 500ml bottle. 125 cases produced.
