In honor of the French country side, we have followed the region's traditional blending eau de vie spirit with traditional French bittersweet apples to make Pommeau of Walden. Aged in French oak, for three years, the resulting apple wine has aromas of black cherry, almonds and chocolate, and pairs well with melon and blue cheese. The perfect finish to any meal or evening!
