An approachable blend with an elegant nose of currant, cherry and just a trace of inviting smokiness. The palate bursts with bright cherry, cranberry, polished hints of clove and peppercorn. A wide-ranging blend that is full, yet soft and able to accompany an array of pairings or enjoy as an everyday go to bottle! Provocant is a distinctive blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 8% Malbec, 8% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Vineyards include Two Blondes, Candy Mountain, MonteScarlatto, Les Collines, Stillwater Creek, Redpath and Cave B. It was barrel aged for 27 Months in 24% New French Oak and 76% Neutral French Oak.
