Macheveau is made in a Nouveau style, going through 2 weeks of carbonic maceration, then aged briefly in neutral oak puncheons. It truly is unlike any Malbec you have ever tasted! The wine has an earthy nose with hints of spice. On the palate your taste buds burst with tutti-frutti, blueberry and raspberry, while just the slightest hint of peppercorn shows through on the finish..
