Our exceptional Rosé wine made entirely on the Amoritas Vineyards estate. Hand harvested, crushed, and fermented by Emily and Matthew Goodell. This wine a true field blend made from Saperavi, Blaufrankisch, and Riesling grapes grown on site in our Lone Tree and Rose Crest Vineyards, and is fermented in a barrel previously used for Zinfandel and aged in a ceramic Clayver before bottling. With stunning color from Saperavi this is a wine that brings tartness and fresh acidity to the front, with notes like cranberry and watermelon dominating.

Inspired by the tree that our mother Mary was wise enough to fight to keep in the middle of the vineyard, we love this wine to reflect the story of the year the grapes were grown in. 2019 was a cooler vintage and this year’s blend was dominated by the melon and pear flavor of Auxerrois at 45%, with Pinot Blanc bringing some beautiful acidity at 30% and 25% Muscat Ottonel bringing floral and herbal notes to the wine.
