Our 2016 Syrah is our first ever bottling and labeling of a 100% Syrah. This Syrah hails from the much sought-after Willow Creek AVA, located on the West side of Paso Robles. The wine was aged in French oak for 18 months, 10% of which was new. This Syrah is inky-dark, bold, ripe, earthy, and full-bodied offering flavors of blackberry jam, blueberry, olives, and herbs. Pair this wine with lamb shawarma or five-spice lamb.
