This 97% Tempranillo is the older sister to our 2015 Tempranillo. This wine was aged in 100% new French oak for 32 months. It has 3% Syrah blended in to provide a more silky and full mouth feel and finish. It offers ripe blueberrys, blackberrys, and cherrys, cassis, currant, tobacco, and lots toasted oak throughout that complements the Syrah. Pair it with Barbecue grilled-meats, and smoky dishes.
