The fruit for our Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot was sourced from Halter Ranch Vineyard. The wine was artfully integrated through a diverse barrel program of three distinct French cooperages and 17 months of aging. The result is a sumptuous mouth feel, layers of black fruit, soft oak tannins, and a lasting finish. Pair with braised beef short ribs, reduction sauces, or rich dark chocolate.
