2019 Scarlet Pinot Noir consists of grapes from the Alfaro Family Vineyard. The grapes were fermented 100% de-stemmed and aged in 66% new French-oak for 16 months. The extended aging time allowed the oak to integrate and for the tannins to soften. 150 cases produced.
