Trout Gulch Pinot Noir is ruby in color, with fruit-basket aromas and flavors of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. It has a silky texture with excellent acid and tannin balance. A most versatile wine, it pairs well with salmon, chicken, game birds, most meats and mushroom dishes.

Heirloom Clones Pinot Noir comes from four different estate sites - Lindsay Paige, Ryan Spencer, Alfaro Family and Mary Katherine. The clones used are Calera, Mt. Eden, Pommard, Martini and Swan. Deep aromas of licorice and flavors of black olives, cranberry and anise on the palate.

This dry, crisp and zesty white wine is made from the most widely planted grape in Austria. Medium bodied and pale greenish/straw colored, it boasts the citrusy flavors of lime and grapefruit, with savory notes of white pepper. Aged 6 months in neutral oak, 250 cases produced.
The grapes were whole-cluster pressed directly into french-oak barrels, where fermentation occurred. The wine was fermented to dryness, transferred into French oak puncheons, and then aged on its lees. During the aging process, the wine was routinely stirred and underwent complete malo-lactic fermentation. After 8 months of barrel age, the wine was racked, blended, settled, and then bottled by gravity, without fining or filtration.
Established in 1980, this dry-farmed vineyard is nestled near the town of Aptos in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Light straw in color, this wine has crisp citrus flavors (think lemon and lime) that jump out of the glass. Aged 8 months in neutral French oak, 230 cases produced.
From our flagship vineyard, this Chardonnay is rich with flavor and has a long, lush finish. Hazelnuts and white flowers lead to pure pear and apple fruit, with touches of mineral, honey and vanilla. Aged for 10 months in 25% new French oak, 200 cases produced.
100% Pinot Noir sourced from our estate vineyard in Corralitos. The fruit was whole-cluster pressed directly into steel tank where it underwent fermentation. Once completed, the wine was transferred to neutral-oak where it went through full malo-lactic fermentation and aged for 5 months. Only 250 cases made.
