Welcome wildflower! This rosé is made of Grenache Gris, a beautiful Rhone grape variety that grows extremely well in the Paso Robles area. Notes of peach, lychee, watermelon and wet stone. This particular vineyard is within a cooler microclimate which brings about a twist from the typical warm Paso wines. The brightness and the salinity pair so well to make this a mouth watering rosé perfect for poolside, charcuterie, or even with a mouthwatering sausage.
This wine is 95% Grenache Gris and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. A coastal rosé you must get your hands on.
