Tasting Notes Our Merlot is a full bodied dry wine boasting deep purple hues and earthy tones complemented by ripe black cherry and oaky flavors, easy tannins and a silky finish. A warm and dry summer, accompanied by generous punch-downs of the fruit during harvest provides a rich and dark red hue. Food Pairing Notes We suggest pairing this wine with roasted poultry, beef dishes with rich sauces, roasted vegetables, sharp or smoky cheeses, and dark berry desserts.
