Named for the year Adam Puchta founded the Winery, aged with oak this fortified Madeira style Sherry exhibits a smooth rich taste with robust notes of nutty caramel and maple pecan, ending with a warm smoky finish reminiscent of bourbon. This wine is best served after dinner or enjoyed with a rich piece of bread pudding. Also pairs nicely with Gorgonzola or Gruyere. Serve cellar temp in a small glass and enjoy with friends.
