Chardonnay excels on Old Mission Peninsula. The warming influence of our Great Lakes lengthens our growing season and allows us to fully ripen our grapes. Our goal at Achrimère is to showcase purity of fruit. We do this by stainless steel fermenting and aging our CM10 Estate Chardonnay. This dry, fruit forward Chardonnay exhibits green apple and crisp acidity. 40 cases produced.
