100% Zinfandel. Spicy, peppery Zinfandel - this is not the typical jammy fruit bomb that many expect from Zinfandel. Hand-harvested by yours truly and my friends, this wine is truly a labor of love. The Johnson Family Vineyard (also home to my Cabernet Sauvignon) is a tiny (less than 2 acres) vineyard that produces some amazing fruit and I'm so pleased that I can share it with you - the 2017 sold out very quickly, so you'll be happy to know that I doubled production in 2018. This is a really versatile food wine, but the one dish that comes to my mind immediately is wood-fired pizza.
