100% Trebbiano from the SIP-certified (Sustainability in Practice) Al Pie del Cielo Vineyard (“At the foot of the heavens”) - a 1,500 high limestone ridge that rises out of the east Paso Robles landscape in the Creston District. This clean and fresh white has a gorgeous white gold color; featuring aromas of rose petals, morning dew, citrus orchards, and a stormy sea; fresh and crisp with lemon, tangerine, and honeydew in the mouth; with a tart green apple finish. Its bright natural acidity, saline minerality, and wonderfully light texture makes it amazing with oysters and caviar, as well as a great partner to buttered popcorn, lemongrass chicken, and seafood dishes with a rich cream or butter sauce.
