This full-bodied wine starts with a ravishing ruby hue; featuring warm aromas of pomegranate, hibiscus, cedar chest and a root beer float; with cherry cola, raspberry, rhubarb, Mexican chocolate, leather, and sherry in the mouth; leading to a long rich and creamy vanilla finish with notes of dried herbs. An excellent partner for roast meats and veggies, pasta, and duck enchiladas. Aged for 34 months so you can enjoy it today, but will richly reward extended aging.
