We aged our PV for 14 months in American Oak, bringing out hints of black raspberries, cassis, earthy wood, and spice on the nose. Flavors of blackberry, raisined fruit, sour cherry and cinnamon can be found, rounded out by the tannins, giving it a hearty mouth feel and long luscious finish.
Aromas of dark ripe cherries, blackberries, rich earth tones and poblano pepper arouse the nose, while flavors of blackberries, mole sauce, cola, baked cherry pie filling, and bramble fruit delight the palate with enough integrated tannins to provide a long oaky finish.
Done in a smooth Bordeaux -style, Pearmund Cellars continues its tradition of using the five classic Bordeaux grape varietals to have one finished product. Aromas of warm bramble preserves, with a touch of toasted oak, red cherries, and warm spice envelop the senses. Enjoy hints of cola with a nice balance of red and black fruits on the palate. Aged as varietals in American oak for 10 months, then integrated and aged an additional 4 months before bottling.

Our 2020 Petit Verdot Reserve has a beautiful purple-red color. Aromas of plum, blackberry, vanilla, leather, and tobacco notes reminiscent of a humidor are apparent on the nose. The palate expresses notes of dark fruits such as plum, blackberry as well as subtle notes of violet and cocoa. The mouthcoating, velvet tannins linger in the mouth alongside a lasting finish of dark chocolate, tobacco, and vanilla. This is a fantastic food wine and will pair well with a large variety of bold dishes.
This estate grown vintage, provides hints of crisp tartness of green apples, apricot, vanilla bean, lemon zest, anise and flavors of our incredible Forty-Year-Old vineyard. One hundred percent malolactic fermentation sur-lie style Chardonnay aged 9 months in French Oak gives this wine a hint of butter and softness on the palate. Flavors of green apple create a savory mouth feel with a lingering oak finish.
