2021 first year of making 2 Rhone Style Whites for relief during Paso Summers. Picked right at 22 bix’s on a hot September day on at the humble family owned Rio Seco Vineyards in Paso Robles. Whole cluster, went right into the small bladder press. The blend of stainless steel & neutral oak creates a new staple for this Goldie locks.
