Deep yellow is color, then the nose dips you into honeysuckle blossoms, fennel and tropical notes to finish. Sipping on this full body immediately shows off balance acids of pear and creamy finish. Pairs well with a lemon chicken or a mahi mahi dish. SERVE CHILLED 55-60 degrees

Notes

Grown on the one of our favorite vineyards and growers to work with, Humbug Vineyards. The soils boast of well developed loams to clay and some calcareous with Monterey formation sand. Previously only producing amazing Zinfandels from this small lot Vineyard, we wanted to branch out with a delicate but full body white. This 100% Grenache Blanc does not disappoint, we only wish we made more!
