The pale straw-colored Chardonnay Steel is a light bodied wine with surprising structure. Aromas are fruity with pear, citrus and mineral accented by elements of apple. On the palate, the wine displays bright acidity along with melon and lemon zest accented by notes of baked apple. The finish is refreshing with lingering hints of lime and green olive.
