Tasting Notes
868 Estate Vineyards’ Canvas Red is a serious wine with a fun, flirtatious side. This medium bodied, fruity red shows unexpected complexity. With its ruby red color, the aromas include mixed berry and raspberry jam along with hints of fig and cinnamon. On the palate, flavors of strawberry candy and raspberry jam dominate with port-like notes of raisin and almond. The finish lingers with elements of dried fruit and mulled spice.
