Delicious, very plushy, medium body wine with good mouth feel and soft, creamy finish. Site stamp uniqueness is brought forward with a beautiful lingering salinity. 2019 brought a vast amount of rain at harvest time, bringing a darker color to the fruit. Much broader flavors than a Rosé due to 11-months in barrel. Food Pairings: Spicy food, barbeque sauces, Thai food, blackened fish are all incredible with this wine. It's even good with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

Notes

Whole cluster pressed and barrel aged on leas for 11 months. Partial malolactic fermentation.
