Cold press with gross leas, pre-fermentation extraction. European influence - Provence Rosé style. Fermented in the barrel 7 months then moved to stainless tank. 60% de-stemmed with 18-hour skin contact. 40% pressed whole clusters.
The Pinot Noir grapes used in this wine were harvested entirely from Ten Peaks Vineyard.
