This is an elegant dessert wine made from multiple varietals of grapes from our vineyard and many of the other vineyards where we source our fruit. The wines are fermented and barrel-aged separately each year, then blended with prior year vintages. Only a small portion of the wine is released each year, allowing the wine to age and intensify. This approach gives this wine beautiful color with a huge, fruity nose and luscious taste. Unlike some dessert wines, this is extremely well-balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and mouth feel that doesn’t overpower the taste of the wine itself. Good on its own or after a fine meal, and even better when shared with friends over a friendly conversation.
