Lafayette, NY is the beautiful backdrop of the 1911 and Beak & Skiff brands and this cider is a nod to General Lafayette, a French military officer who heroically served in both the American and French Revolutions. Lafayette Hard Cider is semi-dry, aromatic and complex -- made with a rare blend of traditional and bittersweet European apple varieties grown on our private Beak & Skiff orchard. We curated this blend of Dabinett, Northern Spy, Kingston Black, Porters Perfection, Chisel Jersey, and Binet Rouge apples to make for a cider that has the best of both worlds -- high tannin balanced with the acidity that is more typical of North American ciders. Sweetness scale: 2/6 6.7 % ABV
