Cider Snobs, Rejoice (and respect history)! Lafayette, NY is the beautiful backdrop of the 1911 and Beak & Skiff brands and this cider is a nod to General Lafayette, a French military officer who heroically served in both the American and French Revolutions. Lafayette Hard Cider is semi-dry, aromatic and complex -- made with a rare blend of traditional and bittersweet European apple varieties grown on our private Beak & Skiff orchard. We curated this blend of Dabinett, Northern Spy, Kingston Black, Porters Perfection, Chisel Jersey, and Binet Rouge apples to make for a cider that has the best of both worlds -- high tannin balanced with the acidity that is more typical of North American ciders.

Pommeau is a fortified cider made with our 1911 Brandy and Northern Spy apples. 1911 Pommeau has matured over many seasons in French oak wine barrels, and it will continue to improve with cellaring. It is best enjoyed as an aperitif.

1911 Barrel Aged McIntosh is a vinous fruit-forward wine with the rich aromatic qualities of the beloved cold weather McIntosh Apple Variety. The warm fermented flavors are complemented by the vanilla and spice imparted from the oak aging.

1911 Rosé Wine is a blush-hued, semi-sweet apple wine made from 100% Beak & Skiff Apples. This wine has delicate floral and crisp apple notes that can be enjoyed year-round with a multitude of appetizer and entree food pairings.

Honeycrisp Wine is a sweet apple wine made from 100% Estate Grown Honeycrisp Apples. Reflective of the light flesh and bounding acidity which helped make this apple variety so popular, this wine is sweet without being heavy.
