Fresh Pressed Macintosh apples from Massachusetts are fermented along with local wildflower honey to give this drink clear start and crisp and peppery dry finish! A must with grilled pork, aged cheddar, or walnut baklava! This mead was named in honor of the 250th anniversary of the building of the Choate Bridge here in Ipswich, MA. It is the oldest double stone arched bridge build in the English Colonies that is still in use today. This is a dry mead!

Our fourth batch of Blueberry Dreams is better than ever - we listened to our customers and added a bit more blueberry. We went all the way to Maine to get low-bush wild maine blueberries to add to the local MA cultivated variety. The results are amazing! We think you will like this dryer mead. Good with dinner or after, just sip and enjoy! Slightly chilled, this mead is an excellent accompaniment to seafood, aged gouda, or cheesecake.

Local, raw wildflower honey is fermented with tons of fresh, juicy raspberries harvested at a couple of local family farms. Dark red, and bursting with flavor, this libation is nice chilled, or leave at room temperature for an after dinner treat! Another hint: try with some dark hot chocolate! Although technically this is one of our sweeter meads, it is well balanced with the tartness of the berries, for a semi-sweet indulgence.
