We're proud to present a mead created especially for the Granite State's oldest professional orchestra on the occasion of their 100th anniversary.

This wildflower honey mead is full of delicate floral taste and aroma. Unique honey varietals were artfully blended to create a one-of-a-kind flavor experience, reflecting the Symphony's concerts and the unique creativity of New Hampshire.

This mead is sweet but not overly so - balanced by natural acidity from the honey. Made in honor of the 100th Anniversary of Symphony NH.
