It also pairs nicely with rich game such as lamb skewers with crispy seasoned potatoes or other hearty vegetable dishes. • Steak and blue cheese salad with dried fruits and pecans. • Turkey dinner with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy (sound familiar?)
