WHITE WINE A splash of minerality also known as "Verdicchio di Mare” (“Verdicchio of the Sea”) or sometimes referred to as the Chablis of Italy; arguably one of Italy’s greatest white wines. Our Verdicchio is an exceptionally fresh. Here, you’ll find a dry white wine of great acidity and bright granny smith character. Perfectly laced between fruit forward notes are fresh flowers such as jasmine and hawthorns alongside bright citrus of lemon and white nectarines. Rounded on the finish are hints of comforting honeycomb complimenting this very crisp and clean, full-bodied white wine.
