An old-world style dry sparkling cider made with the heirloom varieties Harry Masters Jersey, Kingston Black, Redfield and Reine de Reinettes. Aged for 1 year before disgorgement resulting in complex aromatics of coriander, cinnamon and toasted marshmallow. Buoyed with sharp ones of lemon rind and golden plums. Deep and evolving, ideal for pairing with food and enjoying throughout the evening.
This wild fermented Pet-Nat cider is raw, unfined and unfiltered. Serve at 45-55 degrees in a wine glass.
