Wild fermented sparkling apple-grape wine. Pressed grape skins and stems, rehydrated and o-fermented in low brix cider, a bi-product of our cryo-extract. Aged in oak and bottle conditioned with fresh apple juice. Raw, unfined and unfiltered.
