Our first semi dry wine, and a proud release from the stellar 2020 vintage. Fermented naturally with the yeasts from the vineyard, and raised inside of large neutral french oak barrels, this wine has electric acidity with a perfect sense of balance. The tension between sugar and acid leaves you coming back to the glass again and again.
