Produced with the Loire Valley's classic Cabernet Francs in mind, this offering is fruit-forward and underpinned with savory, herbal accents. Careful oxygen management neutral barrel aging was employed to soften tannins, without getting in the way of the wine's natural aromas. Fun Fact: this Cabernet Franc was part of the last vintage harvested from Smith Brothers' Farm in North Rose, NY before they decided not to grow grapes anymore.
