The Finger Lakes has a reputation for producing wonderful aromatic wines. Our reserve Chardonnay is fermented and aged in older French Oak barrels for 10 months before being bottled. All of our Reserve Chardonnay from 2018 came from Knapp estate fruit.
Our reserve chardonnay has notes of apple, pear and baking spices with a hint of vanilla on the finish. Drink with sushi, linquini, fresh clams, salmon, or Caesar salad.
