A story of being loved and (nearly) lost. Harrison traces its origins back to early-1700s New Jersey, and is noted as being one of George Washington's preferred cider apple varieties. Some referred to it as the Champagne of ciders.
We can definitely appreciate why! Its clear, bright flavor profile is a delight. Bright tartness balances a richness in character with very mild astringency. Notes of lemon meringue, fall apple and ripe peach come through boldly, and true to character, there's the faintest hint of smoke in the background.
