Cyser, mead from a blend of honey and apples, is one of the oldest of the Melomels, fruit-flavored meads, in existence. It is the epitome of preserving a harvest, with fresh apples and newly collected honey coming together in a flavorful blend of a season’s hard work. Our ‘Cyser’ apple mead builds on this tradition and history, including our region’s own fantastic abundance of apples to make a distinct, delicious beverage worthy of its roots.
