This wine is one of a kind.
Illinois Cellars Apple Wine is made from New York State or Washington State 100% fresh apple juice. Fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance the excellent balance of acid and fruit into a soft subtle wine with an extremely pleasing and surprising flavor. The wine is Semi-Sweet with only the slightest hint of sweetness and makes it a perfect accompaniment to food.
It is at home at a picnic or beside a roaring, winter fire.
Serve well chilled with almost any cheese, vegetarian or pork dish, and pizza.
The fermentation of the apple juice does not destroy the antioxidant health benefits of the apple juice.
IL Cellars Apple Wine is an excellent way to prepare the Holiday turkey. Use the Wine to baste the turkey. Using the turkey grease with the Apple Wine to make gravy. And use the Apple Wine to make the dressing. The Apple Wine makes a superb accompaniment with the turkey and all the side dishes.
