The Marechal Foch has soft tannins and dark fruit aromas. It was aged in an artisan crafted oak barrel for over 1 year. This aging process has created a well balanced savory wine. This is not your typical Marechal Foch.
We produce Iowa Wines with fruit that comes mainly for our own vineyards. We took some classes at a local community college and fell in love with making wine. We now produce dry, semi sweet and sweet wines made from local grapes and fruits.
