This very well may be the most decadent of all the wines we create. The name “Stover” pays homage to the history of our farm, where Stover Wise cultivated this land for many years. Pair with all of your favorite desserts such as chocolate, cheesecake, or even vanilla ice cream! This is one of four wines that contain grape brandy.
Our family is passionate about making a name for Appalachian High Country grown wines and enjoying them with the ones we love. After all, our winery is a lifelong dream come true for our old man, Jack Wiseman, whose gut instinct was right: grapevines love our Blue Ridge Mountain soil. Cool nights and low humidity allow our grapes to ripen slowly, and develop mountain-fresh flavor. We look forward to sharing them with you, and hopefully you enjoy “elevating” your taste with us!
